When canceling a service, it must be done via email and sent to email@example.com. Contact information and order number regarding the booking must be provided by the Customer so that Arctic Dogsled AB can easily trace the cancellation to the correct booking.
Cancellation no later than sixteen days (16 days) before departure entitles to 75% refund.
Cancellation no later than three to fifteen days (3-15 days) before departure entitles to a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before departure will not be refunded.
Compensation in the event of an accident
Personal injury or other accident for the Customer that occurs due to an accident during Arctid Dogsled AB’s event shall be covered by the Customer’s own insurance company. We therefore ask you to check which insurance company you have and to what extent before your visit with us.
Customer’s liability towards Arctic Dogsled AB
The customer is liable for any damage to materials, vehicles and other equipment that occurs due to someone in the company being negligent during your stay with us.
The customer is responsible for handling the dogs in a careful manner. All forms of misconduct are prosecuted.
