Pandemic and prevailing situation
If you have to cancel due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will refund 90% of the total amount if you notify no later than one week before the start of the tour.
Booking online
The company uses Checkfront for online booking and Stripe for payment solution. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about product and price.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellation
When canceling a service, it must be done via email and sent to teamasanilsson@gmail.com. Contact information and order number regarding the booking must be provided by the Customer so that Arctic Dogsled AB can easily trace the cancellation to the correct booking.
Cancellation no later than sixteen days (16 days) before departure entitles to 75% refund.
Cancellation no later than three to fifteen days (3-15 days) before departure entitles to a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before departure will not be refunded.
Compensation in the event of an accident
Personal injury or other accident for the Customer that occurs due to an accident during Arctid Dogsled AB’s event shall be covered by the Customer’s own insurance company. We therefore ask you to check which insurance company you have and to what extent before your visit with us.
Customer’s liability towards Arctic Dogsled AB
The customer is liable for any damage to materials, vehicles and other equipment that occurs due to someone in the company being negligent during your stay with us.
The customer is responsible for handling the dogs in a careful manner. All forms of misconduct are prosecuted.
Your personal information
On 25 May 2018, the new data protection regulation GDPR became valid. It replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act and applies as law in all EU countries. All companies, organizations and authorities must follow the new rules.
The main purpose of the Data Protection Ordinance is to improve the protection for you as a customer with us when your personal data is processed.
This means, among other things, that you have the right to find out how we use the information we have about you and for what purpose.
We use your personal information only in cases where you contact Arctic Dogsled AB and do not sell or disclose any personal information unless required by law. The information is deleted after the annual accounts.
